Refund policy

We only accept returns on products that arrive damaged from transit. In order to process a return we will need photos of the damage on the package (if any) and of the damaged item(s) you are requesting to return. 

Some items are unable to be replaced due to the limited nature of bricks our artist has on hand to create with, in these instances a monetary refund will be issued. For items that can be recreated, a replacement will be given in lieu of a refund.

We do not accept returns for items that aren't damaged. Please read the description and view available photos to ensure you are happy with your selection. 

All returns will be evaluated on a case by case basis and need to be initiated within 14 days of receipt.
